Payment Terms
Private Individuals
Payment must be made in cash or in advance.
Companies/Professionals
The invoice is payable in cash, Zelle, or by bank transfer within the agreed payment term of 14 calendar days. For any delay in payment, interest of 1% per month is due automatically and without notice of default. In the event of non-payment, the amount of the invoice will be increased by a fixed compensation of 10%, with a minimum of $75. All complaints regarding the invoice must be sent to us by registered letter within eight days. Only the courts of West Covina have jurisdiction for all disputes.
Deposit
For multi-day treatments or longer waiting times, we charge a deposit of at least 20% of the total amount. Deposits are non-refundable. This policy ensures certainty in our planning. The advance payment will be deducted from the final settlement.

Article 2. Applicability & Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, invoices, and agreements. By entering into an agreement, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions of Jarelle Details.
Article 3. Price and Quotations
The prices for our services are listed on our website. Exact pricing depends on the condition and model of the vehicle. Prices may be changed at any time. Quotations are non-binding and valid for a maximum of 3 months from the date of issuance.
Article 4. Agreement, Advance Payment, and Cancellation
The agreement for a service is concluded upon confirmation via email, letter, or phone/text message.
Deposits: For multi-day treatments or longer waiting times, a deposit of at least 20% of the total amount is required. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Fees:
Up to 24 hours in advance: 75% of the total price.
Up to 48 hours in advance: 50% of the total price.
Up to 72 hours in advance: 25% of the total price.

Article 6. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our work or have an issue with a service provided, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the problem. Due to potential usage and exposure to damage, we are not responsible for defects discovered after 48 hours.
Article 7. Warranty
Our ceramic coating services come with a warranty reflecting the product's expected lifespan. Results and lifespan depend on usage, maintenance, and similar factors. Proper maintenance with recommended products is essential for long-lasting results. Poor maintenance is not covered. The warranty covers the results close to the expected average lifespan but excludes loss of hydrophobic properties due to external contamination. Liability applies only if Jarelle Details conducted the entire treatment.
Post-Installation Care: Avoid exposure to elements for at least 24 hours after ceramic coating. During the first 7 days, avoid friction, water, and chemicals.
Article 8. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights
All content on the Jarelle Details website (photos, texts, trade names, logos, and other graphic elements) is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. This content may only be used by Jarelle Details. Unauthorized use is prohibited and will result in a demand for removal and a fine for unlawful use.
Article 9. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, we are not obligated to fulfill our obligations. We may suspend our obligations for the duration of the force majeure or terminate the agreement. Force majeure includes circumstances beyond our control that prevent the fulfillment of obligations, such as strikes, fire, pandemics, business disruptions, energy disruptions, and untimely delivery from suppliers.
